Q:Why don't you offer a Phone # to call?
A: With a decade and a half of helping customers with their appliance parts needs, we have found that email messaging combined with images and videos is far superior to phone assistance. If you need to talk to us over the phone send us a message through the contact us page. We DO NOT offer troubleshooting over the phone!
Q:Do you offer any warranty on your products?
A: Everything we sell comes with a 60 day warranty from the date of delivery.
Q: Do you offer overnight shipping?
A: While we do offer upgrade Priority USPS shipping options we no longer offer over night shipping. From our expereince, customers that desire overnight had a very high rate of misdiagnosing their issue.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Currently we only ship within the US and to US territories.
