We Make Returns EASY!

1. Fill Out White Sheet for Return Reason (included in package).

2. Use the Prepaid Return Label (included in package).

3. Drop Package in the mail.

4. Wait for your Refund!

• 60 day FREE returns, FOR ANY REASON!

• All Domestic orders will receive a prepaid return label in the packaging.

• If you have the prepaid label still, you don’t need to contact us.  Just use the label to send the part back.

• PLEASE DO NOT open a return in ebay if we have provided you with a return label to avoid the potential of us being double charged on the return shipping costs!

• If you have lost your return label, simply message us  from the form below and provide either your order #,  or the name or user id that the part was purchased under and we can email over a return label to you.

• Refunds are typically issued within a business day or two of us receiving the part back in the mail.

• Buyers are responsible for adequate packaging for the part to arrive back here in it’s original condition.  We strongly suggest returning the part in the original packaging.

• Any item returned after 90 from the purchase date are Not refundable.

• Refunds are only for the original part that we sent you.

• Upgraded shipping is not refundable, unless there was an error on our end.
