Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty 

• We Guaranty Our parts to work, but We do not guarantee that it will fix your appliance.   Appliance repair isn't always cut and dry, but the buyer is responsible for proper diagnosis of their appliance.  If the part you purchased does not fix your appliance contact us so I can help troubleshoot the issue and get your appliance back up and running asap!

• 60 Day Warranty = Should the part we ship you fail within 60 days of the purchase date, contact us and we will either ship out another part (if in stock) or issue a refund of the items cost. 

• Warranty covers cost of part only and we are not liable for any other costs or damages!

Returns 

• 60 day Hassle Free Returns means that all Items either come with a Prepaid Return Label included in the package or is available upon request.  To return an item (for any reason) all you need to do is the following:

• 1. 1.  Fill out the simple return form (included in the package).

     2. Seal up and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the package.

     3. Drop the package off with the United States Postal Service.

     4. It is advised to retain a copy of the tracking # so you know when the item arrives.

• If you loose your prepaid return label, or didn't receive one, just message me and I will get another one sent over to you.

• Returns are gladly accepted on all items if they are returned in the same condition they were received.  Buyers are responsible for packing the item well enough to survive the return trip.  It is highly advised to keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item.  

• Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date.   Returns received between 60-80 days after the delivery date, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All items received after 90 days from the purchase day will not be refunded.

• Did you receive a broken item? Contact me right away, if your item was broken or damaged during shipping and I will do my best to correct the situation for you.

• Refunds are only for the cost of the item.  If expedited shipping costs were paid by the buyer (i.e. upgraded shipping not Free shipping), the cost of the upgraded shipping may be deducted from the refund.  If the item was broken in shipping or broken and is within the warranty period the original shipping will be fully refunded.  If a buyer claims an item is defective, but the item is verified to be properly working, then the original shipping may be deducted. 

• We only accept returns that are shipped with either #1 Labels that we provide you or labels that are provided by the website that the item was purchased from (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, etc.).  

• If a package is returned to us with postage due (on top of the prepaid return label), we may deduct this amount from your refund.  Postage due packages happen for 2 reasons, #1 The prepaid return label was for 1st class UPSP shipping and item is shipped in a Priority Flat Rate USPS box, #2 Excessively large box for the item.  

• Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days of item arriving at our facility.

• The Pictures used in this listing are often stock images of ours and the item you receive may be slightly different, but will always be the same part #. 

• This listing in only for the part # listed in the title. Other items with different part #s may be shown in addition to the item listed, but are not guaranteed to be included or included in the warranty.

• Just because an item looks like the one you are trying to replace, does not mean it is the same (or compatible). Please only go by the items part # when determining if an item is compatible for your appliance. If you are unsure, please contact me with your appliance model # and I can verify if it is the correct part for your appliance. 

• Warranty may be voided if buyer purchases a part that is not listed as compatible with their appliance model #. If you are not sure if a part is the correct one for your model # please submit a question with your appliance model # and we will verify for you.
